Nutritional Training

Contributes to 70% of your progress and understanding of what foods need to be obtained for overall health and growth.

Flexibility

Great way to improve your ranges of motion, posture and breathing, which will reduce your risk of injury. Flexibility will better prepare you for more vigorous activity.

Aerobic training

Uses large muscle groups to perform activities over a sustained period of time elevating and keeping your heart rate up to at least 50% of its maximum level.

Static Dynamic Training

Isometric exercises involving contraction of muscles without any joint movement; increasing muscle strength and endurance while performing little to no movement.

Dynamic Strength Training.

These type of exercises strengthens your muscles through slow and controlled resisted movements using full range of motion. Weight-lifting and calisthenics are examples of dynamic training.

Circuit Training

Is the combination of strength training with aerobic exercise. The objective to increase overall muscle strength, endurance, flexibility and coordination.

Over the months of quarantine, Anthony was fantastic with offering virtual sessions and his flexibility! When he told me he was re-opening his studio, I didn’t need to think twice about returning... to in-person sessions because Anthony is so dedicated to the health and safety of his clients! He meticulously wipes down all of his equipment between and during sessions, he has hand sanitizer and touchless thermometers easily accessible, and he is willing to do whatever is needed to make his clients most comfortable (e.g., opening windows, spacing out equipment/appointments). I feel very safe returning to our in-person sessions knowing that I am the only one in the studio during our appointment and seeing how clean Anthony maintains his place on a daily basis!read more

This studio is everything!! No two sessions are ever the same and always challenging (in the best way). Anthony is really knowledgeable and cares about his clients. 3 zzz fitness is a great gym to go to for many reasons. This gym is well equipped and has a unique set up with features that other Staten Island gyms do not have. The owner, Anthony, really cares... about his clients and he tailors each workout to their individual needs. I personal train with Anthony and I always leave his session with a new accomplishment or goal to work towards. This new studio was made with a lot of creativity and imagination. What is important though is the man behind it all. Anthony has been working with me for the better part of a year.
